The goals of the Master's program “English Language Teaching and Digital Technology” are to
- enable students to deepen their understanding, knowledge, and skills in teaching English using modern educational digital
tools and technologies.
- train students on creativity in English Language Teaching (ELT) and developing innovative e-learning solutions.
- Enhance students’ skills in developing e-materials and effectively managing e-learning environments.
- enable students to understand the dynamics of educational organizations and institutions and develop digitally-oriented and
technology-mediated courses and curricula onsite and online in different contexts and for different audiences/target
groups/audiences.
- provide students with pedagogical training that qualifies them to carry out scientific research and create, evaluate, and develop educational projects for teaching English with the use of modern digital technology.
- train teachers on effective strategies and methods to deal appropriately with 21st-century learners of English who are
technology-oriented.
- have students critically evaluate, analyze, and review the theory and practice of English Language Teaching (ELT) in face-to-face
and online environments.
- equip students with research skills to conduct academic research in English language teaching and related fields of digital technology, literature, and culture.
- strengthen students’ research skills and use of research tools, techniques, and methodologies in analyzing research phenomena.
- develop and enhance students’ methodological and epistemological competencies necessary for conducting research in the field of education and training.
